Assata Storm has touched the hearts of many near and afar with her rich, soulful, raspy voice, explosive energy and uplifting spirit of hope and inspiration. For more than 20 years, she has dedicated herself to sharing her musical gifts and spreading joy through many genres of coverS and original music.  Jazz, House, R&B, Country, Folk, Hip Hop, sacred SONGS AND MORE.

Born in Saint Louis, Assata Storm developed a passion for music at an early age. She embraced music and writing as a voice. 

Assata Storm has shared stages with legendary artists such as Tupac, Wycliffe Gordon, Jay Z, Martha REEVES, THE Fabulous Motown Review, Justin FAULKNER (Branford Marsalis) and more. Assata Storm is a former artist to Virgin/Rap A Lot Records.

Beyond her work as a recording artist, Assata Storm has distinguished HERSELF AS a gifted with care and compassion independent home health care professional 27 years plus and former educator of 9 years. As well as a community activist and speaker.
